Seven of Nine is a fascinating character. Her journey through the trauma of forced assimilation by the Borg back to human wholeness, while learning to find the balance of her individuality within the collective of a Starship is explored in this piece. Despite her struggles, she shows incredible strength, self-awareness born of introspection, and a willingness to learn and evolve. She is dimensional and and fraught with new and overwhelming emotions at times, but she ultimately rises through her struggles with an admirable self-containment.
