SHIPPING FORMAT

Retrospect Studios ships all prints within circular reinforced mailing tubes. Prints are place inside plastic sleeves before being placed into the mailing tube to further protect them during transit.

SHIPPING RATES

Retrospect Studios ships all parcels via Canada Post, and ships for free within Canada and the US. Most other destinations are shipped at a flat rate of $30 (Australia costs $45). Expedited Shipping is available at a higher cost: $20 for shipping within Canada and the US; $45 for most other international destinations (Australia is $60).

SHIPPING TIMES

We endeavor to ship prints within 7 business days post-purchase.

Once shipped, Canada Post and the receiving country’s customs department will dictate the delivery time of the shipment.

In Canada and the US, regular Canada Post delivery times are estimated to be 2-3 weeks. All other international destinations are estimated to be 4-12 weeks.

For Expedited Shipping, Canada Post delivery times are estimated to be 1-2 weeks in Canada and the US. All other international destinations are estimated to be 2-3 weeks.

Orders placed or shipped near statutory holidays and during holiday seasons may see an increased turnaround time.

TRACKING SHIPPING

When your package is shipped, Retrospect Studios will request that Canada Post provide you with delivery status updates via Canada Post. With this in mind, please make sure that we have a valid email address for you and that neither Canada Post nor Retrospect Studios is tagged as spam or junk in your email system.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

All “undeliverable” items will be returned to Retrospect Studios at a cost. Should this take place, we will require you to cover the return costs, as well as the cost to reship the item to you. To avoid this occurrence, please ensure that the address you provide for the print is valid and complete.
